Description
Grooming and Pedicure is not only important for appearance, but also for your pet’s overall health. Overgrown nails can cause pain and discomfort for your pet, and can also affect their posture, gait, and mobility. Therefore, regular nail trimming is important for maintaining the overall well-being of your pet and this is how we do it.
- Trimming the nails with clippers or grinders. This is typically done while the pet is sitting or standing.
- Filing the nails to smooth out any rough edges or burrs. This step can be done with a nail file or a dremel tool specifically designed for pets
- Checking and cleaning the paw pads and the fur between the toes, to remove any debris, dirt or fungus.
- Checking and treating any problem with the paw, such as an infection, injury or an abnormal growth.
